Nompumelelo joined Greystones Cargo Systems in January 2012. She is a strategic partner, with all key HR functions, as such she responsible for selection and recruitment, manages project and change, oversees employee relations and serves as chief negotiator, providing guidance & support to senior managers, organizational development and reviewing, developing policies & procedures.
Prior to joining GCS Nompumelelo has worked as a Human Resources Generalist from small to medium size organizations which include Crossley Holdings, Silveray Stationary Company and Capital Alliance. She also served in various committees, which include Employment Equity Committee, Compensation Committee and Health & Safety Committee.
As a professional she is always mindful of the confidential nature of HR work at both operational and strategic level.
Nompumelelo has 10 years’ experience in human resources and she holds an Honour’s Degree in Labour Relations Management from University of South Africa, Degree in Bachelors of Technology in Human Resources Management and a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Durban university of Technology.

Siyamdumisa "Siya" Dube is the Chief Financial Officer at South Africa Cargo Services (Greystones Cargo Systems) in Durban, South Africa.He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2010. He has gained extensive experience in auditing (including internal, external and forensic audits), financial reporting, management consulting, defining financial processes and policies both in South Africa and USA. He has intense understanding of standards, laws and regulations applicable to financial environment in both private and public sector.

William Van Zyl
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. William Van Zyl has been extensively involved in the stevedoring industry for over 18 years.
After 16 years of service with Transnet (SA Transport Services at the time) he joined Greystones Cargo Systems in 1998 where he was appointed as Container Terminal Manager.
He was promoted to Operations Manager in 2002, Line Manager for Containers and Bulk in 2005 and in 2013 was appointed as Chief Operations Officer.
He has attended International Port seminars and visited various SSA affiliated Terminals and has thus gained invaluable worldwide knowledge of the terminal operating industry.
Business Development Manager
Hans Modipane started his working career in the caravan warehouse & manufacturing environment and then later on spent just over 11 years in the shipping industry in various roles in sales and marketing including vessel capacity coordination, commercial planning, sales performance and key client management.
He holds a programme in International Marketing with UNISA, a Management Development diploma as well as a Leadership Development diploma with the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
He has also obtained training and certification in various sales and negotiation courses.
